TRADITION MEETS THE MODERN!

Combining traditional habits with modern ideas, why not? The passion of Restaurant Manager Matthias Foerster is event-gastronomy. Guests may enjoy in a private atmosphere an exclusive culinary journey: Traditionally food is flambéed since 1895 and nowadays the Brasserie Desbrosses implemented a modern way. From steak tartare, shrimps and chateaubriand up to crêpes suzette – each dish is emphasized by a traditional wine. On the 30th of March 2012 presenters from the Torres family winery introduce selected and corresponding wines. Do not miss that highlight.

Brasserie Desbrosses – the magic of French savoir-vivre

The liaison of old and new in the ambiance of an authentic French Brasserie works perfectly with the Brasserie Desbrosses. Here guests may enjoy French cuisine in a carefully restored and leger ambiance. The heart of the Brasserie is the open show kitchen with its red enamel oven. Children too feel at home as they find here a kids table and the Chef awaits them with crèpres cooking courses in the restaurant’s original boulangerie. Our Brasserie team understands what Berlin and international guests like - first class menu with attentive service in a welcoming and warm environment.

An upgrade to the Carte Privee is possible for 189 €, by joining the Carte Privee Superior club. This card gives access to a one time stay in one of our Superior Double Rooms, as well as all the benefits gained by the normal Carte Privee.
